This hotel is located in the heart of the city and offers a stunning view of the park. the rooms are large and comfortable, perfect for families. There is also direct access to a shopping center with local food stands and a supermarket.

Some visitors have encountered difficulties finding taxis, especially on Fridays from 6 pm to 7:45 pm, which can be inconvenient for those wanting to explore the city.

Very good food selection at all meal times and brilliant service from the staff at all levels.

The facilities are great, very big room and badroom.

For a 5 star hotel, service is not better than any hostel. We needed nearly 2 hours to check in. Room was not tided and shower gel was not provided when finished.

Excellent service, great communication, upgraded room, helpful concierge, spacious and well-designed room, modern and comfortable.

It was all superb.

I had an amazing stay in this hotel located right in the heart of the city with a beautiful view of the park. The staff here are extremely polite, always eager to help, and possess an exceptional level of communication in English. This hotel provides ample parking space, has great transportation links, and is hard to miss. Moreover, the hotel facilities are top-notch, and the breakfast was simply amazing.

The staff of the hotel, all of them spoke english and where very caring. Rooms are good, clean and comfortable. The hotel is located in the centre of Jinan, making it a short walk distance to any shops, cafes and night life.

The swimming pool could be refurbished, it contrasts with the quality of the rooms

Personal assistance and attention, especially helping with parcels (Carmen and Vivian) and express checkout with porter's assistance and assistance of front desk; excellent venue for business meetings; appreciated availability of "American" gifts for me to present to colleagues and friends (E.G., gingerbread houses, candy, cookies; I purchased several which were much appreciated). Also, I must comment on the experience I had one evening when returning to my room. I entered the lobby after a meeting, and was delighted see the choir singing Christmas carols~a nice bit of Christmas from home. Nothing! It was magical!

The buffet breakfast had a wide selection of food and drinks. The room had a great view of the city from the top floor. The hotel was conveniently located near the shopping district and restaurants.

The air conditioning in the room was malfunctioning and made the room uncomfortably warm. The hotel staff had trouble communicating in English which made it difficult to ask for help. The hotel room was not as clean as expected and had a slight odor.

This hotel is truly luxurious! the exclusive amenities such as the Spa & wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, sauna, and full body massage were amazing and fulfilled all my needs. the restaurant and bar/lounge area were exceptional and offered a wide selection of food and drink. the location advantages were unbeatable, right in the heart of the city center.

The only issue I encountered was a slight miscommunication regarding the upgrade I paid for. It would have been helpful if there was a printed sheet explaining what was included.

We spent Christmas at this hotel and it was a memorable experience. the staff was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. the room was clean and comfortable and we loved the view from the window. the breakfast buffet offered a great variety of food and we enjoyed trying the different dishes.

We found the location of the hotel a bit inconvenient as it was far from the city center.
